DAVID HOCH

"I think George W. Bush is a weapon of mass destruction . I would walk barefoot through a highway of broken glass, from the 'redwood forest to the Gulfstream waters," if it would get Mr. Bush out of the White House. It is myheartfelt belief that on November 2nd, America will end the public life of George W. Bush, or George W. Bush will endthe experiment in democracy known as America. As Bill Moyers said recently, 'Get mad, yes - there's plenty to be madabout. Then get organized and get busy. This is the fight of our lives ."

DAVID C. KORTEN

" I strongly endorse the Greens for Kerry campaign.

I actively compaigned and voted for Ralph Nader in 1996 and 2000. In 2000 I wasa member of the official Citizens for Nader Committee. I am a Green Partymember, gave the keynote address at the 2004 Washington State Green PartyElection, and support David Cobb as the Green Party candidate.

I consider the 2004 election to be the most important in my lifetime. TheBush/Cheney administration is possibly the most extreme, incompetent, corrupt, and vicious in our country's history. We need to make a serious statement inthis election: Bush and his messanic agenda of the extremist right must go.

Given our current political reality I believe it is the essential civic duty ofevery responsible American in a swing state to go to the polls and vote forJohn Kerry in this election - and then get on with the hard work of building aprogressive politics in America from the grassroots up.

RENEE SHARP

"For people who care about the environment, defeating Bush should be our absolute numberone priority . America has never had such an flagrantly anti-environmental presidentand voting for Kerry is the only way we are going get him out of office."

FRED WU

"I signed the Greens for Kerry pledge because the thought of another 4 years of this administration tears at my mind and soul. As a native Texan, I realize that George W. Bush has let down more than just democrats and greens . The lack of accountability and string of travesties committed against the people and living systems of this world must stop this November!"

SOPHIE MINTIER

"I'm proud to be a Green Party member, but won't vote green in this election. This time around, we have to be pragmatic, not purist. John Kerry is not asprogressive as we'd like, but if George Bush is elected, all of the idealsthat progressives stand for will be further jeopardized . The best way tovoice our values is to support John Kerry. And once Kerry wins, progressiveswon't let up; we'll keep working to hold him accountable."

BOB REICH

"Before you say, 'Democrats and Republicans are all the same,' I havetwo words for you - SUPREME COURT. We must stop Bush from infectingour country with the neo-con agenda for years to come. No legalabortion, no civil liberties, a greenlight to pollute the environment, and lord knows what else, These are things that will be on your headsif Nader gets the few percent of the vote that Kerry needs to win. Votefor Kerry."

BRIAN LeCLOUX

"Why I'm voting for Kerry. In 2000 I worked for Nader / LaDuke Wisconsin as a County Coordinator and WisconsinEducators for Nader / LaDuke Coordinator. I was energized - as neverbefore - by Ralph Nader's support for the fundamental, democratic, institutional change advocated by the Green Party. The similarity betweenBush/Gore on practically every key issue made it possible for me touncompromisingly push for a national Green ticket.

This time around, the extreme, psychopathological reality of Bush'spolicies , a Democrat with some key progressive credentials and therecognition that top-down politics hasn't worked to promote the Green agendanationally motivates me to fight for what Zinn calls the ledge to stand on,and then to make it bigger. I see, what some, like Chomsky, characterizeas small differences between Kerry and Bush as great enough to recognize theneed to fight for Green growth, while voting Kerry."
